On being a Leaf fan, I will admit to being a Leaf fan first and a hockey fan second. I've probably been a Leaf fan longer than most on here, (except CC of course). I can honestly say that I believe the top four forwards on this Leaf team are the best by a considerable margin on any Leaf team I have watched. Not just the best in comparison to past Leaf greats, but the best relative to other NHL teams. Something to think about when being trolled.

Is this a bad time to remind people I used to be a Habs fan. I grew up in Ottawa and all we could get were Montreal games. (They were pretty amazing teams to watch.) Once I moved back to Canada in 1980, I became a Leafs fan.

Speaking of how good this team is, I think Dubas deserves an extension.

Also, also, some kind of bug going through the team. Probably why Matthews missed last game. Holmberg and McMann sick now.

My dad took my older brother to watch game 6 of the Stanley Cup Finals in 67. He managed to score two standing room only tickets for the game. My sister-in-law presented me with the ticket stubs and a game 6 programme (Dave Keon on the cover) last summer. Probably my favorite piece of memorabilia.
